Football
At Dollar, pupils have the opportunity to play football from the Prep School right through to Form VI.
We run multiple teams that compete in regular fixtures and leagues, with several training sessions each week for different year groups. These sessions focus on core skills, advanced techniques, and developing teamwork.
Fixtures
From Form II onwards, teams compete in regular fixtures against other schools, as well as taking part in the SISFA Cup. This national competition brings together independent schools from across Scotland, including Robert Gordon’s College and Jordanhill School.
Both our U15 and 1st XI teams compete in the SISFA Cup, and our 1st XI has enjoyed notable success, reaching the semi-finals in each of the past two years.
In 2025, our U12 Football Tournament welcomed 12 primary schools to our campus for an enjoyable day of 10-a-side matches, giving pupils the opportunity to develop their skills in a friendly and competitive environment.
