Junior School Uniform

Pupils should make sure they are wearing the correct School uniform at all times.

The rules on appearance are in operation at all times when uniform is being worn, and thus do not change after 3.25pm, at weekends, on school trips or during examination study leave.

We have two official stockists who supply regulation school uniform and sportswear items. Both have local and online stores where you should find everything you need.

Dollar Academy blazer

Dollar Academy kilt worn at smart and respectful length or regulation plain black long trousers (optional alternative to the kilt only from approved uniform suppliers)

Long or short sleeved shirt (short sleeved open neck shirt for summer term)

Plain navy v neck sweater (sleeveless optional), cardigan or Dollar mid-layer

Academy tie

Navy tights or navy knee length socks

Flat black polished or patent shoes

Hair accessories should be Dollar Tartan or plain navy/black

Jewellery must be minimal. The definition of minimal jewellery is: a maximum of one plain stud in each ear, no hooped earrings; anything worn around the neck should not be visible; one piece of jewellery on the wrist. No nose piercings are allowed. All jewellery must be removed for P.E and Co-Curricular sport.

Girls’ Winter Uniform

The fleecelined coat is to be worn instead of a blazer from the October Break to the Spring Holiday.
