The Janitor is one of a team of two Janitors, whose main duties lie in security of people and the campus, preparation of premises for the Academy’s activities and events (both routine and non-routine), traffic/ parking control and porterage. The Janitors have an increasingly important role in maintaining the security of the Academy and in the welcome provided to visitors to the site.
Candidates must hold a full UK driving license with minibus and trailer entitlement being beneficial.

All appointments at Dollar Academy are subject to satisfactory clearance through the Disclosure Scotland Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme. The successful candidate will be asked to make a formal application, the cost of which will be covered by the Academy.
