We are thrilled to announce that Dollar has been awarded the Gold Keep Scotland Beautiful award!
We were delighted to find out that our very own vegetable garden played a role in this achievement. Here’s what the judges had to say:
“The gardens at Dollar Academy were some of the best the judges have seen anywhere, with some magnificent parkland trees.”
“The veggie beds at Dollar Academy were in very good condition despite your judging day being towards the end of the long summer holiday. The staff in charge have sensibly chosen crops that will mature when the children return, rather than during July.”
